Summary Description:

The Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting with fulfillment, execution and overall management of a growing portfolio of ISC corporate partners, as well as a revenue goal tied to the retention, renewal and growth of these partnerships.  This position is a combination of both marketing and sales.  The ideal candidate will showcase strong presentation skills, the ability to build strong relationships and possess excellent attention to detail.   

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for successfully and positively representing ISC at all times and performing the job in compliance with the philosophy, policies, goals, and budget of ISC

  • Develop a keen understanding of each partner’s business, goals and objectives to maximize value for both the partner and ISC

  • Schedule and fulfill sponsorship assets such as hospitality, tickets, signage, radio, digital/social and retail promotions

Under the leadership of the CIO, the Project Analyst contributes to key work-streams including Workforce and Resource Management, Project Management and Reporting, PM Standards and Methodology, Project Intake and Authorization, and Organizational Project Management Maturity. On occasion may directly conduct project activities as a Project Assistant, Project Leader, or Project Manager. 

Principal Responsibilities

The role of a Project Analyst is to execute professionalism, participate in client interactions, and coordinate core projects for effectively maintaining both verbal and written communication; as required, throughout the life cycle of the project.  This may include advising business customers, providing support, meeting objectives, assist in tool selection and process refinement to ensure effective and maintained relationships.  There will be project scope facilitation and coordination, project surveillance and schedule development maintenance requirements; as well as, track schedules to the task level. Also, work well as a team member in order to ensure the needs of all clients and fellow team member projects are successfully met and maintained.  Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and have the ability to learn company required software.

  • Responsible for the initiation of complex technology projects and coordination of the projects through the life cycle.

  • Broad business understanding: return on investment and business cases, process driven quality, metrics and benchmarking, financial management and IT for competitive advantage.

  • Creates and updates project documentation (or assist stakeholders in creating and updating documentation). This includes various forms of plans and records in formats to include Microsoft Project, Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and presentation format.

  • Facilitates meetings (and produce related documents such as agendas and minutes) to review and update portfolio, program and project information. Records include PM Deliverables such as resource plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, scope documents, timecards and labor tracking information, and other plans and records. Specific examples include Workforce Management plans and reports for staffing (Supply and Demand) management, Project Dashboard Reporting, and aggregate Project Execution and Project Health Check reporting / metrics.

  • Demonstrates PM Tools and Methods to project managers, resource managers, and other stakeholders, and counsels them on appropriate use and application.

  • Assists project managers directly with implementation of PM disciplines on projects such as managing issues and risks, updating schedules, and creating other plans and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Possess 2-3 years of overall technology and/or project management experience
  2. Knowledge of business processes and new business developments in business operations.
  3. Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously as well as the ability to concentrate with attention to detail and without losing sight of the “big picture.”

Job Summary

The Senior Director of Business Applications is responsible for providing strategic direction for the design, development, execution, and leadership of all aspects of Business Applications for the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, the Senior Director of Business Applications will be responsible for application development, maintenance and support of all consumer technology. The application team has responsibility for the 24/7 delivery of all end-user services to all business units and business locations throughout ISC. The successful candidate will be charged with the continued advancement of these systems across the organization.

Principal Responsibilities

The Sr. Director of Business Applications will be the primary executor of business application strategy for ISC. Key areas of focus will be consumer applications such as ticketing, retail merchandise, food & beverage, CRM, campaign management and overall consumer data strategy.

  1. This executive role will champion change throughout the technology organization as well as the corporation as a whole, providing visible improvements and tangible returns on investments. This position requires a smart, assertive, charismatic, energetic and results-driven leader who has the ability to succeed in a results-focused organization. The successful candidate possesses strong management and leadership skills combined with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all organizations within the company. 

  2. The Senior Director of Business Applications must excel at leading teams responsible for architecting, designing, building and operating ISC’s business applications. The leader must challenge the status quo to continually evolve technology team members, supported technologies and services to drive operating efficiency, and enable the business process.

  3. Lead business application directors to establish and support IT goals, products and services especially in areas of application development lifecycle: planning, requirements, specification, timeline, estimations, resource allocation, tracking, milestones, full software development lifecycle and timely delivery of products.

  4. Lead the ongoing effort to evolve company IS best practices, application development standards, service level agreements, and other standards for tools, processes and qualification and training of technical staff.

  5. Review and recommend major capital expenditures to ensure the proper application of technology to support the company’s business needs, consistent with the short and long term strategic plans. Manage team and departmental budgets. Create and manage operating and capital budgets, work with business managers to estimate cost, benefits and ROI.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

     

  1. The successful candidate must have substantial, proven experience demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and management skills and have significant management experience leading a diverse team of external developers and internal staff. They will enjoy working with a customer-focused approach, a strong sense of urgency, a bias towards simplicity, practicality, and an aversion to complexity.   3. Demonstrated expertise in all traditional application areas, including: architecture, development, maintenance, quality assurance, and testing.

  4. Proven success serving as a strong change agent and leader, with a track record of elevating IT at the most senior levels in an organization and partnering as a trusted advisor to the business.

  5. Demonstrated experience translating and presenting highly technical solutions to business leaders to gain understanding and conceptualize business value.  

  6. Extensive knowledge of IT governance, operations, security practices, and audit compliance.

  7. In depth knowledge and demonstrated experience developing web and mobility applications.

  8. Proven ability to proactively communicate status (positive or negative) and identify risks.

  9. Strong project management skillset to lead complex projects with enterprise-wide impact on revenue and expenses.

  10. Vendor and consulting management experience. Experience in evaluating and selecting sourcing alternatives.

  11. The candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, negotiation, marketing and problem-solving abilities.

    Education and/or Experience:

     

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience

Job Summary

The Systems Analyst role has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage all reported defects within a specific ISC business application (Back Office, Ticketing, Interactive, etc.).  The analyst is tasked with resolving reported defects within the documented service levels depending on the severity. 

The Systems Analyst also must work closely with business users to gather and document business, user, and system requirements. Focus on documenting as-is and to-be business processes, gathering requirements for major enhancements and documenting business and technology sessions in support of key ISC business functions.

Principal Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, the Systems Analyst provides support for the specific business applications.  The position requires extensive knowledge of the application and the business process.

  1. Act as the primary contact for the business community on assigned production support issues.
  2. Understands the basics of customer satisfaction and applies it in the process of servicing the customer.  Communicates customer feedback to senior team members for action.  Understands and follows internal processes to respond to customer needs.
  3. Must understand the business needs and proactively identify potential business process or system improvements.
  4. Respond to all issues and follow-up with customers on issue resolution in a timely manner.
  5. Review all issues reported for the in-scope business applications and work with the business to assign a priority.
  6. Document production support issues in ISC’s standard incident management tool (CSM) and proactively provide updates in the tool and to the business users on assigned issues.
  7. Research problems, separating the symptoms from the root cause; identify opportunities to correct the issue permanently both technically and from a business process perspective.
  8. Possess the ability to test application changes in order to resolve production issues.
  9. Track vendor patch releases, keeping awareness of issues resolved and caused by those vendor released updates; responsible for testing changes and maintaining change management and version control using software configuration management (PVCS or comparable tool required).
  10. Document steps to reproduce production issues for all assignments.
  11. Provide on-call support for in-scope business applications.
  12. Partnering with the business, must have the ability to create training materials and conduct training for key business users.
  13. Ability to document functional requirements, business processes, test plans, etc.
  14. Able to analyze complex business problems and identify repeating patterns so that issues can be resolved completely preventing recurrence.
  15. Investigate, plan, test, and debug application changes for assigned production support issues.
  16. Prepare documentation of application for end users and technical team.
  17. Provide instruction and training to users and other employees on day-to-day procedures.
  18. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  19. Translate the business and user requirements into detailed functional requirements documentation.  Documentation includes Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, GUI and Report Designs, business process flows, etc.
  20. Gather requirements for enhancements and partner with the business to create as-is and to-be process maps.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technology Services Technician II - International Speedway Corporation (Daytona Beach, FL)

Job Summary

The System Technician II position reports to the Manager of Technology Services.  This position will work for the Service Desk and Event Operations teams to support and ensure user operations, support various ISC facilities and provide technical event support to the ISC user and partner community. 

Although the primary focus of this position is support of the user community and events, the candidate may also be tasked with general collaborative support, and other related duties.  The candidate is expected to have minimum level experience in best practices for Service Support and Delivery (ITIL), Event Support functions, and multiple technogies such as Microsoft and MAC. 

Principal Responsibilities

 

SERVICE MANAGEMENT:  Monitor, track, and manage all assigned task from start to completion.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT:  Support desktop software, hardware or other technologies for our Customers

SERVICE MANAGEMENT:  Configure, install, and maintain new PC’s, laptops, printers and other related peripheral devices either in person or on the phone

SERVICE MANAGEMENT:  Communicate status throughout the life cycle of a service request to our customer (s)

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT:  Document all actions and communications in the Service Tool Call Logging accurately and promptly

CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Assess need for any system reconfigurations based on Incidents on the Configuration Items and make recommendations.

EVENT SUPPORT:  Minimum Travel to ISC facilities to support events- Users and Partners
