International Speedway Corporation is seeking a positive and motivated sales professional that is looking to drive revenue at motors sports highest level. The brand new ISC Sales Academy will be tasked with driving ticket revenue across ISC business units. This account executive will be vital to the academy’s overall success not only from driving revenue but also becoming a mentor to the entry level sales representatives.


  • Generate ticket revenue through both new business campaigns as well as renewal cycles

  • Make 80+ outbound sales calls on a daily basis

  • Lead in creating an outbound sales culture that maximizes ticket sales and revenue generated through converted outbound calls

  • Achieve sales goals, leading by example while supporting all track related outbound sales initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with defined account base through proactive communication

  • Additional duties as assigned



  • At least 6 months experience as a top sales representative in the Sports and & Entertainment industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sport Management, Marketing or related field preferred

  • Previous CRM Platform experience

  • Coachable leader with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

  • Distinguished verbal communicator with a strong phone presence

  • Passion for sales

  • Flexibility in working extended hours when needed

Finance: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable Specialist - International Speedway Corporation (Daytona Beach, FL)

SUMMARY:  Accounts Payable Specialist is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate processing and payment of disbursements for multi-company high-volume centralized Accounts Payable department.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Monitor and process invoice e-forms in the Accounts Payable queues.

  2. Process all wire, transfer and ACH (Handwrites) invoice eforms in the accounts payable header queues.

  3. Process nine weekly check runs for all ISC entities, including check printing, sealing and distribution.

  4. Shared responsibility for Opening Mail, Scanning and Appending Accounts Payable documents.

  5. Monthly AP Aging Cleanup for assigned BU’s.

  6. Special projects as assigned by Accounts Payable Supervisor, Accounting Manager or Director of Accounting


    No direct supervision.  However, this role requires the accurate and timely scanning of invoices and backup of Accounts Payable through direct collaboration cross-functionally and across many business units. 


    At least five years of related experience. 


    The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proficient use of systems, (i.e., GL reporting, MS Excel, , MS Word) is required

Senior Accounting Analyst - International Speedway Corporation (Daytona Beach, f)

SUMMARY:  Senior Accounting Analyst is primarily responsible for accounting-related analysis supporting Corporate Services departments within the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned:

  • Expense support schedules - improve and implement zero-based expense support schedules for departments.  Prepare schedules for budget, forecast and actuals.  Analyzing year over year and/or period over period information will be critical to gaining an understanding and communicating business planning and performance.

  • Expense variance explanations – improve and implement processes for communicating concise, timely, and accurate explanations for monthly expense variances from budget, forecast, and prior year. 

  • Month end reporting – improve and implement processes for preparing consistent month end reporting and detail, providing timely and relevant information to department managers for effective decision-making.  Inclusion of periodic analysis for committed / uncommitted spending to strengthen the relevance of monthly / annual planning.

  • Other responsibilities, as assigned

Senior Systems Analyst - Information Security - International Speedway Corporation (Daytona Beach, FL)

Job Summary

The Senior Systems Analyst role has the primary responsibility to analyze, validate, and manage all reported defects within information security system applications.  The Senior Systems Analyst is also tasked with managing the product roadmaps, recommending solutions, and establishing technology strategy in support of the Information Security team’s business objectives and priorities. 

The Systems Analyst also must work closely with the Information Security team to gather and document business, user, and system requirements. Focus on documenting as-is and to-be business processes, gathering requirements for major enhancements and documenting business and technology sessions in support of key ISC business functions.

Principal Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, the Senior Systems Analyst provides application administration for information security systems.  The position requires extensive knowledge of the applications and the business processes.

  1. Act as the primary contact for the business community on assigned production support issues.
  2. Understands the basics of customer satisfaction and applies it in the process of servicing the customer.  Communicates customer feedback to senior team members for action.  Understands and follows internal processes to respond to customer needs.
  3. Must understand the business needs and proactively identify potential business process or system improvements. Identify appropriate solutions and establish solution roadmaps.
  4. Respond to all issues and follow-up with customers on issue resolution in a timely manner.
  5. Review all issues reported for the in-scope business applications and work with the business to assign a priority.
  6. Primary liaison with application vendors to help plan the product roadmap as well as problem resolution.
  7. Assist in developing annual support maintenance budgets for applications supported.
  8. Stay current with trends and products relating to security and compliance applications.
  9. Document production support issues in ISC’s standard incident management tool (CSM) and proactively provide updates in the tool and to the business users on assigned issues.
  10. Research problems, separating the symptoms from the root cause; identify opportunities to correct the issue permanently both technically and from a business process perspective.
  11. Possess the ability to test application changes in order to resolve production issues.
  12. Track vendor patch releases, keeping awareness of issues resolved and caused by those vendor released updates; responsible for testing changes and maintaining change management.
  13. Document steps to reproduce production issues for all assignments.
  14. Provide on-call support for in-scope business applications.
  15. Partnering with the business, must have the ability to create training materials and conduct training for key business users.
  16. Ability to document functional requirements, business processes, test plans, etc.
  17. Able to analyze complex business problems and identify repeating patterns so that issues can be resolved completely preventing recurrence.
  18. Investigate, plan, test, and debug application changes for assigned production support issues.
  19. Prepare documentation of application for end users and technical team.
  20. Provide instruction and training to users and other employees on day-to-day procedures.
  21. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  22. Translate the business and user requirements into detailed functional requirements documentation.  Documentation includes Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, GUI and Report Designs, business process flows, etc.
  23. Gather requirements for enhancements and partner with the business to create as-is and to-be process maps.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Possess 5-10 years of overall technology and application support experience, preferably in application administration for information security.
  2. Ability to test and troubleshoot application software.
  3. Ability to negotiate issue priority with the business users based upon defined service levels.
  4. Ability to develop and write applications documentation and guides for users.
  5. Ability to understand the technology roadmaps and help create a strategy.
  6. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
  7. Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously as well as the ability to concentrate with attention to detail and without losing sight of the “big picture.”
  8. Strong interpersonal skills such as patience, tact, and diplomacy. 
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with a diverse population including both functional and technical staff.   


Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study, or equivalent experience.
