Description: Position reports directly to the Director of Business Development. Position will be responsible for generating sales in the all areas of the track, including sponsorship, display, signage and corporate hospitality. Responsibilities will also include all event coordination and logistics in relation to assigned fulfillment areas, database management, and coordination with various internal departments, including ticketing, consumer marketing and public relations.
Candidate will be responsible for putting together aggressive programs for increased sales of available track inventory. Position will be responsible for maintaining existing client base and pursing new business sales initiatives from both inside and outside sales. Candidate must have strong presentation skills, networking skills and computer skills including experience with inventory management software.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sponsorship, signage, display and hospitality sales strategy and execution
Responsible for sales targets and expense targets of sales/operation
Work daily in Company inventory management software system (EBMS)
Sells full menu (sponsorship, group, etc.) of inventory
Develop new inventory for corporate sales
Servicing existing customers
Hospitality event tickets and credentials
Inside sales and outside sales required
Promotional campaigns and database management
Processing individual customer orders
Work with ticket office with up-selling group tickets as part of sponsorship programs

Manager of Concession Services is responsible for the overall operation of a concession facility. This involves not only running the concession facility during an event, but also handling all the planning & preparation before the event and after as well. Will partner with FBM Manager, culinary and location leadership to design and execute high quality presentations, and exceed fan expectations while maximizing revenue, controlling expenses.

Manager of Guest Services - Talladega Superspeedway (Talladega, AL)
The Manager of Guest Services has the responsibility of overseeing and supervising all aspects of Gate Operations and Guest Services (fan information stations, ushers, ADA carts, trams, entrance plaza gates, vehicle gates and daily questions via the track website), and in assisting the Director with Track/Facility Rentals. The manager works closely with operations, ticketing, consumer marketing, business development, and administrative departments to achieve company goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively handle and assist guest communication issues and concerns by becoming immersed in ticketing, camping, public safety, and company policies.
Maintain a working relationship with all departments to achieve the track and company goals including participation in business development and ticketing meetings.
Coordinate Fan Advisory Network (TSSFAN) activities.
Continue development of Rookie 101 engagement area for NASCAR event weekends with a focused effort on improving the first time fan experience.
Supervise the hiring of event time staff for gate operations, ushers and guest services.
Provide guest services training to full-time and event time staff including the development of protocol for how to handle complaints.
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of Ticket Scanning at entry gates, including generating post-event scan data reports for track management.
Assist with development of collateral materials for employees and guests including handbook.
Assist with all infield campground operations and guideline development.
Proactively sell track dates to potential corporate and civic groups locally and nationally.
Assist director with overseeing and coordinating track and facility usage agreements. Work closely with operations/emergency services on track and facility rentals during scheduled rentals.
Facilitate event operations of weekday and weekend track/facility rentals by those groups other than stock car driving schools.
Maintain and catalogue all track rentals, service groups and service company documentation including agreements and certificates of insurance to ensure compliance.
Coordinate ISS 24/7 Systems for event weekends.
Prepare for upcoming event operational needs including daily assignments necessary to execute NASCAR event weekends and track rentals
Scan credentials, vehicle passes, etc. and make credential boards for all events.

POSITION SUMMARY This position will be expected to assist in the growth of revenue for the ticketing department by providing support for ticket sales, ticket operations, and promotional events. This position will be responsible for working normal business hours during the week, plus some extended evening and weekend hours.
Develop a working knowledge of the FanTracker ticketing system.
Organize and document all ticket, camping, & pass inventory; maintain accurate inventory records throughout the fulfillment process for each event.
Process and fulfill orders for general public and internal customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to all TSS customers and internal departments.
Make outbound calls to customers for the purposes of collecting payments, updating credit card information and other customer service needs.
Assist preparing all documents for audit purposes, including financial and inventory audits.
Update and maintain information on the ISC Contact Center portal relating to TSS ticket & camping information, policies & procedures and other pertinent information.
Develop, manage and analyze ticket sales and ROI reports to support promotional appearances.
Assist with management of sales leads and direct marketing programs, including research for new sales leads.
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of promotional inventory, while keeping all storage areas clean and organized.
Represent TSS at local and regional events, festivals, and various other assigned events.
Proactively engage guests while disseminating promotional information on TSS events.
Under the direction of the Ticket Operations Manager, supervise and help mentor the Ticket Operations Intern.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The Ticket Sales & Operations Coordinator will report to the Ticket Operations Manager for Talladega Superspeedway with some additional responsibilities assigned by the Director of Ticketing and/or Sr. Director of Consumer Marketing & Ticketing.
POSITION SUMMARY The Ticketing Services & Operations Intern will learn the intricacies of the Talladega Superspeedway Ticket Operations Department while strengthening their professional attributes. To participate in this internship, students must be able to receive credit from their college/university or have recently graduated.
Work all NASCAR sanctioned events at Talladega Superspeedway assisting with box office operations, ticketing functions, and consumer marketing initiative
Assist staff with day-to-day operations
Assist with incoming calls and greeting visitors at ticket windows
Learn and use Fantracker ticketing systems for reports and account updates

Assist with data entry including, prospect information, current customer information, and financial information
