Duties include:

    Selling advanced race tickets, travel packages, merchandise and hospitality to customers
    Accurately process payments via credit cards
    Professionally and politely handle fan/customer inquiries
    Make outbound sales calls as needed
    Assist Internet Customers with account inquiries and online purchases

Requirements include:

    General education background &amp;ndash; equivalent to a High School education
    Strong customer service skills
    Data entry skills
    Work well in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
    Proficient computer skills
    Ability to work flexible hours &amp;ndash; evening and weekends as required
    Punctual and reliable attendance
    Problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills
    Professional appearance and demeanor
    Working knowledge of the internet
