    Prepare all track rental checklists for distribution to all personnel as directed by Operations Manager
    Order, inventory and set up event signage, cones and barricades
    Interact with track renters in a professional and friendly manner on an as needed basis to ensure they have everything needed for a successful day at the facility.&amp;nbsp;
    Prepare pertinent information packets, distributed to all security personnel, for all events
    Schedule security on a monthly and event-by-event basis
    Review monthly security billing and forward comments to Operations Manager&amp;nbsp;
    Compile fuel reports, inspect Veeder Root apparatus, and complete HazMat inspection checklist
    Patrol and inspect facility, provide feedback to management
    Assist with coordination and maintenance set up for track rentals
    Supervise and provide guidance to contracted in-house security guards
    Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Associate&amp;rsquo;s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Accounting Manager is primarily responsible for managing the event accounting functions as well as preparation of documents related to month/quarter/ year end close. In addition, this individual also oversees the accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll functions.

    Manage event process and staff involved in event treasury management and reporting responsibilities. Other event related duties include track liaison for convenience store, ice sales and merchandise sales staff and oversight of payroll processing.
